Main monitor is running 2560 x 1440 60Hz Sometimes, video files look for more up-to-date drivers, look up for the latest driver sets by following the below-mentioned steps.

Running 2 external monitors with each their own HDMI -> USB C adapter (1 plugged in on the left, other on the right side) My MacBook worked fine for about a week and today the problem returned again.

The 6th time the SMC reset seemed to have fixed it. The first 5 times the problem returned within 30 to 60 minutes after starting up. I've reset my SMC about 6 times in 1 day. In my 3 years of using this MacBook for 8 hours a day on a daily basis I've never seen it run at 1,00 GHz and I've kept an eye on it a lot because of thermal throttling. When I click on iStat menus in my menu bar it shows that kernel_task is using 500% CPU and that the clock speed is 1,00 GHz.

Sometimes my zoom call disconnects completely. The whole system starts stuttering/freezing. I'd have sublime text, a few google chrome tabs, and a zoom meeting open at the same time. In my case, there are also two usb-adapters on the computer, but I have heard the same problem from people who use the Macbook with a maximum of one external monitor and without adapters.Īfter the Monterey update all my regular workflows have been freezing constantly. What worked fine before, now only works with tricks (I have two external monitors with the same name, no matter which one I select, the first one is always used - only starting in the window and then maximizing helped). This is also strange in connection with a setting in World of Warcraft: Selecting the monitor. At startup (rarely during work) one gets no signal, only after switching the monitor to the port again, the system continues to work. In addition, there are problems with using external monitors, I have 2 4k monitors attached to the Macbook Pro.

Each time it is the Windows server that stops responding. I've experienced more crashes in the SHORT time since I've had macOS Monterey on the machine than I have in the last 20 years on Windows (before that it was a very stable system). Regularly crashes (whether in a vpn connection, in the browser, when starting a game.), sometimes up to 5 crashes in one day, always. It seems strange that this behavior would lead to the controller losing communication with the drone - it's almost as if the controller itself 'crashes' when this happens. I've read in a few messages lists that the factory usb cable isn't very good quality, so I ordered a well reviewed usb-a to usb-c 1 ft right angled cable today on amazon and am going to give that a try for a while. I also noticed in the process that the factory micro usb to usb-c cable gets 'kinked' in a few places due to being a little longer than needed while my phone is connected. It seemed to stop if I played around a bit with the usb-c cable, so I powered everything down and connected the phone with the full-sized usb-a cable that ships with the drone, and everything worked flawlessly. I noticed in the main DJI GO 4 App screen the controller connections status icon kept toggling between disconnected and connected. This happened through a reboot of my phone, and several reboots of the drone and controller. Today was especially bad - the drone would go from losing video feed to all communications with the app, and then twice the controller actually lost communication with the drone and it RTH'd a few times before I gave up. This problem has returned a few times lately.
